LLC utilizes state-of-the-art computer technology to monitor alarm
systems 24-hours-a-day, 365-days-a-year. Behind this technology we
have professionally licensed personnel who understand the security
business, and make sure that all traffic is handled efficiently.
Eye Spy Electronics meets and exceeds the stringent requirements of
Underwriters Laboratories (UL). With this listing, it means we are
fully staffed 24-hours-a-day and our sophisticated computer system
automatically documents every dispatcher action. This also means our
entire computer network is reinforced by backup power in the event
of a major power outage and we can continue to monitor and respond
to your alarms.
Our central station is equipped with the finest receiving equipment
available today. With the Sur-Guard and Silent Knight receivers we
are able to handle all the popular formats. Incoming and outgoing
telephone conversations are recorded and with our state-of-the-art
voice logger, we can then go to any day and extract a conversation
on a wav file and e-mail it to you.
Not All Monitoring Centers Are Created Equal.
At Eye Spy Electronics, you have the advantage of your
security system
being monitored by one of the few UL listed and 5 Diamond Rated
Central Stations in the country.
Our Central Station meets the requirements set by Underwriters Laboratories (U.L.), an independent agency that rates businesses for public safety and product compliance. Less than 25% of all monitoring facilities have been granted U.L approval.
Our monitoring
station has earned the “5 Diamond Award” by the Central Station
Alarm Association (C.S.A.A). All of our operators are required to
pass the 5 Diamond ratings course at a higher percentage than the
CSAA requires. Less than 5% of all Central Stations in the United
States have the distinction of being 5 Diamond Certified.
The facility is housed in an access controlled building under
constant video surveillance. All equipment is backed up by primary
and secondary generators as well as large, uninterruptible power
supplies.
